Characteristics and Advantages

with CH100-1 hardener:

  • very short cycle times for RTM processing
  • glass transition temperatures up to 90°C dependent on curing conditions 

 

with CH125-1 hardener:

  • short cycle times for RTM processing
  • glass transition temperatures up to 116°C dependent on curing conditions  

 

with CH170-3 hardener:

  • hardener for processing at increased temperature
  • because of low mixed viscosity at processing temperature (60°C) fast infiltration of dry fabrics and nonwovens
  • glass transition temperatures up to 170°C dependent on curing conditions 

 

with CH135-4 hardener:

  • short cycle times for RTM processing
  • because of low mixed viscosity at processing temperature (60°C) fast infiltration of dry fabrics and nonwovens
  • glass transition temperatures up to 153°C dependent on curing conditions
  • especially suitable for isothermal processes 

 

with CH150-3 hardener:

  • short cycle times for RTM processing
  • because of low mixed viscosity at processing temperature (60°C) fast infiltration of dry fabrics and nonwovens
  • glass transition temperatures up to 143°C dependent on curing conditions
  • especially suitable forr variothermal processes
